I sat down at my computer and stared at the blank document for a few minutes, trying to figure out where to start. I had always been a terrible writer, but I figured this was worth a shot. After all, I had nothing to lose. So I started writing about how it felt when he said he wasn't ready for a relationship and how I felt like I had been punched in the stomach. I wrote about how much I missed him and how I wished things had been different. But then, I started to write about how things were getting better between us. We had started talking again and things were getting back to normal. I even started to write about how I was starting to feel hopeful again.

Before long, I had filled up the entire document with my thoughts and feelings. And it felt good to get it all out. I realized that writing could be therapeutic, and it was something I wanted to keep doing. Sooner or later, I might even become a decent writer. Who knows?

But for now, I'm just happy that I was able to express myself and get my feelings out. Sometimes, that's all that matters.

I wasn't sure why, but writing about it made me feel better. It was like I was finally getting all those feelings out of my system. And even though it hurt to relive those memories, it was also a way of moving on. I was putting those feelings in the past where they belonged.

Eventually, I stopped writing and just sat there for a while, feeling relieved. I had never realized how good it could feel to let all of that out. But now I knew that writing would be something I would come back to again and again. It was my new way of dealing with everything that life threw my way.So if you're going through a break-up, or any tough time for that matter, don't be afraid to write a letter to yourself. It might help you process those feelings and make you feel better in the long run.
